Rascal and Itsuki are hugging each other. Sakura is that big lump or log in the bottom left hand corner.
This picture was not in any way, shape, or form planned by any outside human efforts. Jesse came into the bedroom and found all 3 cats sleeping like this and hurriedly took a picture of them.
