Voting ballots and Florda

So, what is up with the voting ballots and Florida? First there was the recounting of the votes for days, or even months on end when Bush and Gore were running against each other. Now there is a rare stamp in a sealed ballot box in Florida. I wonder what next is going to happen when voting occures in Florida again.
